As I said in the last blog we told Jesus and his mother we would be back Monday, so as soon as we got to the hospital we went straight there. It was just them today. His mother informed us that today was not a good day for poor Jesus, he was in more pain than usual. As we stood around and talked with his mother we could hear him physically grinding his teeth, not only a sound painful to the ears but the heart as well. His mother was constantly hugging him, kissing him, and lavishing him with as much love as she could, trying to console him the best she knew how.

Today we began asking more questions about Jesus' illness and what we could do to help him. His mother informed us that he has Cerebral Palsy, as well as pneumonia and bronchitis. Due to the rough conditions that he lives in, and coming from a family with not much money he has never received proper treatment and has been malnourished his entire life. If nothing is done for his pneumonia then Jesus could very well die. After spending some time talking we decided to go and purchase the medicine, as well as pedisure, that Jesus desperately needed yet could not afford. His mother said the only treatment she could buy was not helping his condition improve at all.

His mother was already  grateful to see us again and have our company, but after we brought back the medicine she was overjoyed! She immediately began giving Jesus a breathing treatment with his new medicine and as I watched I could see a new hope and happiness in her eyes as she stared at her son.

Before we left we prayed over Jesus again for healing, restoration, and an outpour of blessings. I continue to pray for him everyday and I hope you will all do the same. Pray that Jesus will be healed, and his family will see the glory of God through all of this.

I hope to see Jesus again tomorrow. His mother was unsure if she would be back but hopefully we will be able to spend another day with this family, praying with them and watching as this child of God is healed.
